R&D review, project approval, planning, design and development of connector products [design input, scheme design, design output]; 3. DFMEA analysis; 4. Product sampling [molds, equipment, sampling fixtures] [Process Flow Chart] [BOM] [Testing] [Sample stage review]; 5. Write design technical specifications and patent documents, as well as product introduction materials; 6. Explore and research new technologies and materials, create innovative products, and enhance the R&D vitality of the company's products;
1. Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical structure, mold or materials, with more than two years of experience in connector product structure design, aged 25-40; 2. Possess professional ability to apply AutoCAD/ProE design tools; 3. Familiar with the application of tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, etc; 4. Understand or be familiar with basic knowledge of mechanical principles, mechanics, molds, materials, electrical engineering, etc; 5. Have good communication skills and rich experience in product failure analysis, able to prepare technical specifications and product specifications; 6. Ability to read and write English technical documents, with certain English speaking and conversational skills; 7. Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IATF 16949 systems;
