Shipping rules and logistics
Domestic orders on TXGA's official website are delivered by SF Express. Overseas orders will be shipped by FedEx according to the actual situation.
When you submit an order on the TXGA official website, the shipping fee of the order will be displayed in the lower right corner according to your selected address.
Shipping rules in China:
In the Guangdong area, free shipping will be available if the actual payment is over RMB 168, and RMB15 will be charged for shipping if the order amount is less than RMB 168
In Central China, East China, and South China, free shipping will be available if the actual payment is over RMB 168, and RMB 25 will be charged for shipping if the order amount is less than RMB 168.
In North China, Northeast, Southwest, and Northwest China, free shipping will be available if the actual payment is equal to or above RMB 168, or RMB 25 will be charged for shipping.
In remote areas (Inner Mongolia, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Tibet, Gansu, Xinjiang, Qinghai, Ningxia) and others, if the actual payment is RMB 200 or less, the shipping fee will be RMB 30.
If the actual payment in the Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan regions is over 268 RMB, free shipping will be required. If not, a shipping fee of 35 RMB will be charged.
If payment is made in US dollars, Hong Kong and Macau will receive free shipping if the actual payment is over 200 US dollars. If not, a shipping fee of 21 US dollars will be charged. Taiwan pays $300 or more for free shipping, but if you don't, you will need to pay $30 for shipping
Shipping rules for overseas orders:
Puerto Rico and the United States, pay $500 or more for free shipping, and if you are not satisfied, you will need to pay $50 for shipping.
Vietnam has paid $300 or more for free shipping, but if not, there will be a shipping fee of $45.
Mongolia has paid $650 or more for free shipping, but if not, a shipping fee of $75 will be charged.
Guam, Brunei, Cambodia, Laos, if the actual payment is over $400, free shipping will be required. If the actual payment is less than $400, the shipping fee will be $60.
Ukraine, Israel, Bulgaria, Croatia, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Hungary, Türkiye, Serbia, Cyprus, Andorra, Latvia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Greenland, Faroe Islands, Poland, Estonia, Lithuania, Romania, Malta, if the actual payment is more than $650, the freight will be $65.
Germany, Italy, Belgium, France, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Spain, Denmark, Russia, Luxembourg, Austria, Greece, Norway, Monaco, Ireland, Sweden, Switzerland, Finland, Portugal, if the actual payment is over $500, free shipping will be required. If the actual payment is less than $500, the shipping fee will be $60.
For Canada and Mexico, if the actual payment is over $650, free shipping will be charged. If not, the shipping fee will be $80.
For India , if the actual payment is over $500, free shipping will be charged. If the actual payment is less than $500, the shipping fee will be $65.
For Japan, Malaysia, and Thailand, if the actual payment is over $300, free shipping will be required. If the actual payment is less than $300, the shipping fee will be $45.
For the Philippines, South Korea, and Singapore, if the actual payment is over $300, free shipping will be required. If the actual payment is less than $300, the shipping fee will be $50.
Indonesia, New Zealand, Australia, if the actual payment is over $300, free shipping will be required. If the actual payment is less than $300, the shipping fee will be $60.

If the settlement is in RMB and your order amount (excluding the shipping fee) is less than RMB 10, an additional service fee of RMB 5 will be charged.
If the settlement is in US dollars and your order amount (excluding shipping) is less than US$5, a service fee of US$2 will be charged.
Please be reminded to check the receiving information carefully before carrying out a payment. If you need to change the address, please contact our customer service in time and we will try our best to contact the courier company for flexible delivery services. If the address modification application is submitted after the order package is sent, the success of the modification cannot be guaranteed.
The cost incurred due to address modification shall be borne by the customer.
TXGA will not be liable for delays or returns due to the following reasons:
1. The delivery is delayed due to the remoteness of your place and inconvenient transportation;
2. The package is delayed or undelivered due to the buyer's reasons (such as changing the delivery address, unknown address, incorrect address, failure to contact, rejection, no recipient, etc.);
3. Delivery is delayed due to unexpected resistance (the recipient address does not allow delivery personnel to enter, delivery is not accepted on rest days/public holidays, etc.);
4.
