1. Responsible for the design of precision connector hardware molds, able to independently complete new mold 3D and 2D designs according to delivery dates; 2. Responsible for conducting feasibility assessments of new project hardware components to ensure the feasibility of product structure and process. 3. Evaluate the prices of relevant molds and fixtures; 4. Review and summarize mold issues during the development process; 5. Complete the handling of abnormal production of the company's old molds and improve mold maintenance, and complete the acceptance task of new molds; 6. Complete the DFMEA file output for mold design and save relevant information;
1. College degree or above, with 5 years or more of experience in hardware stamping mold design, proficient in continuous mold design for various connector stamping products; 2. Proficient in AUTOCAD software, office software, and a 3D drawing software; 3. Familiar with the material properties and processing techniques of various hardware components, able to propose feasible solutions and evaluate the prices of molds and fixtures for new hardware projects; 4. Have good teamwork and communication skills;
