More than five years College degree or above

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the design of precision connector hardware molds, able to independently complete new mold 3D and 2D designs according to delivery dates;
2. Responsible for conducting feasibility assessments of new project hardware components to ensure the feasibility of product structure and process.
3. Evaluate the prices of relevant molds and fixtures;
4. Review and summarize mold issues during the development process;
5. Complete the handling of abnormal production of the company's old molds and improve mold maintenance, and complete the acceptance task of new molds;
6. Complete the DFMEA file output for mold design and save relevant information;

Job Requirements

1. College degree or above, with 5 years or more of experience in hardware stamping mold design, proficient in continuous mold design for various connector stamping products;
2. Proficient in AUTOCAD software, office software, and a 3D drawing software;
3. Familiar with the material properties and processing techniques of various hardware components, able to propose feasible solutions and evaluate the prices of molds and fixtures for new hardware projects;
4. Have good teamwork and communication skills;
