The R&D department has established a new R&D value system, taking values as a guide for action, constantly challenging self innovation, and maintaining a leading technological strength in the market. And always prioritize user needs, focusing on developing connector products that can effectively solve practical problems for users. In 2025, the R&D department will focus on four main product lines: circular connector product line, energy storage connector product line, FAKRA connector product line, and board to board connector product line, continuously providing customers with innovative connectors.

In order to further improve the production efficiency and product quality of the factory, the production department will implement lean production management in 2025, enhance departmental ideological construction, and cultivate employees' personal skills. Strictly control the overdue production work orders and work order completion rate, and increase the completion rate to over 99%. At the same time, strict control and improvement of working hour efficiency will be implemented, increasing the working hour efficiency of the production department by more than 10% and the assembly department by more than 15%. To meet customers' dual demands for fast production and quality assurance with stronger and more standardized production capabilities.

Standardize the PDA operation process in the warehouse to ensure that operations comply with standards; Improve the warehouse approval process, enhance management efficiency and compliance; Optimize inventory management and improve the accuracy of warehouse data. Ensure 100% accuracy and timely delivery of goods, thereby achieving efficient and accurate shipping processes and comprehensively improving the operational efficiency of the warehouse.

At the meeting, Zou Jian, the head of TXAG Huizhou factory and assistant to the general manager, delivered a speech on behalf of the management regarding the core development of the factory in 2025. In 2025, the Huizhou factory will make every effort to promote production efficiency through technological innovation and process optimization, ensuring a qualitative leap in production efficiency and creating more significant economic benefits for the company.
