Step 1: Determine the testing conditions
Based on the IP waterproof rating designed for the USB connector, specify the corresponding test water depth and pressure values. To ensure the rigor of the testing, the pressure can be slightly increased.
Step 2: Implement testing
Fix the waterproof USB connector to be tested in a dedicated fixture.
Start the testing system, the cylinder automatically presses down, tightly seals the sealing ring, and ensures that the side cylinder is completely sealed.
Start the airtightness tester, and the instrument will automatically perform testing based on preset parameters. After the test is completed, the screen will display the leakage value of the product, and the alarm indicator light will prompt whether the product is qualified.
Step 3: End detection
After the test is completed, the cylinder will automatically rebound, and the operator can easily remove the product to complete the entire testing process.
