TXGA D-SUB connector meets the requirement of stable signal transmission for servo motor controllers in complex environments

In the field of numerical control systems and precision mechanical control, servo motor controllers achieve high-precision positioning of transmission systems by precisely regulating the position, speed, and torque of servo motors. The application scenarios of servo motor controllers currently cover areas with strict requirements for process accuracy, efficiency, and reliability, such as textile equipment, laser processing equipment, industrial robots, and automated production lines.

TXGA has launched a D-SUB connector solution to meet the stringent signal transmission requirements of servo motor controllers. The bottom of the connector adopts a positioning harpoon structure, which is precisely embedded into the positioning hole of the PCB board during installation. Both sides are equipped with screw locking devices, and the male and female heads are mechanically tightened to form a double safety after insertion. The contact adopts gold plating technology to enhance conductivity and corrosion resistance. The material has a flame retardant rating of UL94 V-0 and operates within a temperature range of -55 ℃ to 105 ℃. It can maintain stable electrical performance even in complex environments such as high-temperature workshops and low-temperature storage.
