TXGA D-sub connector provides a stable interconnection solution for high-speed railway communication signal systems.

High speed rail refers to high-speed rail trains designed for a speed range of 250-380 kilometers per hour. Its communication and signal system consists of key components such as the Central Traffic Control System (CTC), Train Control System (CTCS-3), Station Interlocking System (CBI), Centralized Signal Monitoring System (CSM), and power supply system, which together ensure the safe, orderly, and efficient running of high-speed rail on the track. With the vigorous development of China's railway transportation industry, the running speed of trains continues to rise, and the operating density is also increasing day by day. This change has put forward more stringent requirements for the reliability and safety of high-speed railway communication signal systems.

TXGA has developed and produced D-sub connectors for the harsh environment during high-speed rail operation. This connector adopts a unique hybrid structure of RF connector and current connector, with a gold plating thickness of 0.75um on the product contacts, further improving the stability and reliability of signal transmission. There are screw free locking structures on both sides of the connector, which can effectively reduce the risk of loosening and maintain a stable connection when the male and female heads are locked together. At the same time, the plug housing has undergone a special surface treatment process to shield EMI/RFI interference, ensuring the stability of equipment signal transmission.
