TXGA nut terminals provide efficient and safe interconnection solutions for power transformers

In complex power networks, power transformers are used to regulate current to meet different electricity demands. They can not only be used to increase or decrease voltage, but also ensure stable transmission and reasonable distribution of electrical energy. Due to the high current intensity carried by power transformers, the connection between their cables and PCB boards must be stable and reliable. Once the connection becomes loose, it is highly likely to cause serious accidents.

In response to this critical requirement, TXGA has developed and launched nut terminals. This product, when used in conjunction with specialized screws, provides an efficient and convenient solution for connecting wires with wiring noses to PCB boards. TXGA nut terminals support high current transmission up to 120A, making it easy to meet the powerful current demands of power transformers. At the same time, the nut terminal has excellent environmental adaptability and can operate stably in a wide temperature range of -40 ℃ to 105 ℃, ensuring the continuity and safety of power transmission.

In terms of installation, the operator only needs to accurately align the circular hole at the top of the wiring nose with the corresponding circular hole on the nut terminal, and then tighten it with screws to quickly establish a stable electrical connection. The firm connection of the wiring parts of power transformers can effectively avoid safety hazards caused by loose connections, providing a solid guarantee for the long-term stable operation of power transformers.
