In this case, the JL23 printed circuit connector developed and produced by TXGA is designed with a hyperbolic spring structure for the strong vibration working environment of the drone's onboard electronic equipment. The wire spring wire flexibly clamps the pin, forming a more stable multi wire contact. In an environment with a vibration frequency of 10Hz-2000Hz and an acceleration of 147m/s2, the product's transient on/off time should not exceed 1 μ S. It can achieve more stable data transmission for unmanned aerial vehicles in strong vibration environments.
