Statistical analysis of customer returned products, collaboration with relevant departments to develop corresponding improvement plans, tracking implementation and verification; 7. Other matters assigned by superiors;
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in electronics, computer science, or software; 2. More than 5 years of work experience in electronic materials; 3. Ability to quickly control quality and solve problems, skilled in communicating and building relationships with customers, and able to cooperate with business trips; 4. Proficient in using quality tools such as FMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D, 5Why, etc;
