When using heavy-duty connectors, there are four points that require the operator's attention
1) When the power connector is terminated, it shall be terminated and inspected strictly in accordance with the corresponding termination specifications or requirements, and shall be terminated according to the corresponding contact number. The maximum thickness of the insulation layer between the selected cables and wires should match the distance between the contacts, and the cable cores should match the terminals of the contacts. When spanning and paralleling between the contacts, the stranded multi-strand cores should be considered. 2) When soldering, choose an electric soldering iron of the corresponding power according to the diameter of the bare wire. 3) When cleaning the power connector (including the cleaning of the contacts), you can use a silk cloth dipped in absolute ethanol and dry it for use. Do not allow the use of chemical solvents such as acetone that have harmful effects on the power connector;
4) When the power connector is in the non-mating state, the matching protective cover must be added or other dust-proof measures must be taken.
