In the current booming global medical electronics market, medical electronic devices - the perfect combination of electronic technology and modern medicine - are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. The market's requirements for medical electronic device connectors are becoming increasingly strict, and safety, reliability, and stability have become key indicators for measuring their performance.
In this context, TXGA has been awarded the ISO13485 Medical Device Quality Management System certification in 2021. Our product portfolio, from design, research and development to production, strictly adheres to this international standard and is committed to providing more reliable high-performance connector solutions for medical electronic devices.
Excellent high current transmission capability
TXGA has launched a high current D-SUB connector to meet the high power and precision requirements of large medical equipment. Its contacts adopt advanced 0.075 micron gold plating technology, which can easily handle high current transmission of 40A and adapt to a wide temperature working environment from -55 º C to+105 º C. This feature ensures the stability and reliability of the connector during long-term operation of large medical equipment, providing a solid guarantee for the normal operation of the equipment.
Ultra high definition image transmission to assist medical diagnosis
Medical imaging plays a crucial role in modern medical diagnosis. The TXGA HDMI 2.1 connector, with its transmission bandwidth of up to 48 Gbps, supports ultra high definition and high frame rate image transmission at 8K/60Hz and 4K/120Hz, ensuring clear and smooth medical imaging. At the same time, the dynamic HDR effect of the connector further enriches the details of the image, providing doctors with more accurate and detailed diagnostic basis.
Stable docking to meet the needs of mobile medical devices
During medical diagnosis and treatment, some equipment needs to be frequently moved around the patient's bed. In response to this demand, the TXGA DVI connector adopts a 24+5-pin dual channel structure design, which is not only compatible with analog and digital signals, but also supports 2K high-definition signal transmission. More importantly, the screw structure on both sides of the connector effectively prevents the connector from loosening and falling off due to device movement, ensuring the stability and durability of the connector during insertion.
Looking ahead to the future, TXGA will continue to rely on its senior R&D engineer team and nearly a hundred product patents to innovate and break through, providing more innovative and reliable systematic connection solutions for the medical electronic equipment field, and contributing to the innovative development of the technology industry.
