TXGA D-SUB connector provides a one-stop, comprehensive interconnect solution for industrial grade data transmission

D-sub connector, also known as D-sub miniature, is an analog signal interface connector. As an industrial standard connector, it has become one of the most versatile and widely used input/output connector systems in terms of application scenarios.

In terms of structural design, D-Sub connectors can be divided into two categories: assembled and injection molded. The shell material of the prefabricated connector is flexible, and it can be made of either plastic (unshielded) or metal (shielded). Users only need to easily unscrew the installation screws to disassemble the shell. The back shell of injection molded cable components is usually made of PVC injection molding, which has the characteristic of being non removable. In practical applications, prefabricated enclosures are often used in hybrid D-Sub connectors to achieve simultaneous transmission of current and RF signals. This hybrid design cleverly overcomes the challenges of large volume and limited application in narrow spaces of D-Sub connectors.

Due to the current universal standard RS-232 not setting any limit on the length of serial data, the cable length of TXGA D-Sub connector can reach hundreds of meters under extreme conditions, which can be widely used in various complex environments, providing a one-stop and comprehensive solution for industrial grade data transmission.
