TXGA button battery holder connector, ideal choice for digital vernier calipers in complex environments

As a "precision ruler" for modern industrial testing, the digital vernier caliper converts micrometer level displacement into digital signals through capacitive grid sensing technology, with a measurement accuracy of up to 0.01mm. However, in complex industrial environments, traditional battery connections are prone to poor contact caused by vibration, corrosion, and impact, which affects measurement stability.

The TXGA button battery holder connector adopts PPS (polyphenylene sulfide) engineering plastic body, which can withstand extreme temperature differences of -40 ℃ to 150 ℃, and is designed with IP67 protection level to maintain stable electrical performance in oil and acid alkali environments. Verified by a 2-meter drop test, the impact resistant structure ensures zero virtual connection between the battery and the contacts.

The product contact adopts a 24K gold plating layer with a thickness of 5 μ m. After 2000 cycles of insertion and extraction testing, the contact resistance remains stable below 5m Ω, effectively suppressing electrochemical corrosion and ensuring zero signal transmission loss, providing stable power for the ultra precision measurement of calipers.

The TXGA button battery holder connector compresses the thickness to 4.4mm and is compatible with miniaturized measuring devices. The integrated buckle structure supports quick installation in 3 seconds, significantly improving production efficiency.
