TXGA M12 Circular Connector Pin Coding Overview

The locking thread of TXGA M12 circular connector is 12mm, and it has IP67/IP68 protection level, which can prevent liquid and solid from entering. TXGA M12 circular connectors are currently mainly used in industries such as industrial sensors, actuators, industrial Ethernet, rail transit, new energy vehicles, medical equipment, etc.

The TXGA M12 circular connector establishes a safety system against accidental insertion through a dual mechanism of pin count and key encoding. Different codes correspond to specific functional domains, forming clear signal/power transmission channels:

Number of digits: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 16, 17 digits

A code: sensor signal, DC power supply, 1G Ethernet

B code: PROFIBUS

C code: communication point

D code: 100Mbps Ethernet

X encoding: 10Gbps Ethernet

S code: AC power (soon to replace C code power components)

T code: DC (to replace A code power components soon)
