Intelligent gateway, also known as IoT gateway and data collection gateway, is the intelligent hub of industrial IoT systems. Intelligent gateways typically integrate functions such as information collection, analysis and statistics, policy execution, automatic control, remote communication, and abnormal alarms, presenting real-time changing data to users. In factories, it is commonly used in IoT scenarios for distributed devices such as PLCs, sensors, instruments, and CNC machine tools. TXGA provides B-type USB connectors for intelligent gateways, with a transmission rate of 480Mbit/s and backward compatibility with low-speed 1.5Mbit/s and full speed 12Mbit/s transmission modes. In terms of electrical performance, the product can carry a maximum current of 1.5A per contact, a maximum voltage of 30V, and a maximum cable transmission distance of 5m. Through HUB cascading, a B-type USB connector can expand and connect up to 127 USB devices. Moreover, the connector supports four transmission methods: control transmission, interrupt transmission, synchronous transmission, and batch transmission, which can fully meet the diverse needs of intelligent gateways in device expansion.
