Rigorous quality inspection

TXGA has established a professional production quality inspection process and shipment quality inspection. Production supervisors and quality personnel randomly sample and test the entire production process. At the time of shipment, the product is shipped in a full inspection method.

Cable assembly process

Cut line

Cut the finished wire that meets the required performance to the specified length. The accuracy of this step is directly related to the entire production schedule. Once a mistake occurs, especially the short wires, it will cause all stations to rework. TXGA purchases high-precision wire cutting machines to avoid such problems. Even light, thin, short and small wires can be processed accurately.

Terminal crimping

Strip an appropriate length at both ends of the wire, determine the crimping parameters according to the drawing requirements, and crimp the terminal to the wire. TXGA adopts imported servo terminal crimping machine, cutting and crimping can be completed by the equipment at one time, more efficient. If the product required by the customer has special process requirements, TXGA’s technical staff will provide processing technical guidance to the production department according to the demand to ensure smooth production.

Pre-installed process

TXGA has set up pre-assembly stations for complex wiring harnesses, and assembles the pre-assembled parts in advance. Through the scientific arrangement and continuous optimization of the pre-installation process, the production efficiency is greatly improved.

Final assembly process

According to the assembly table designed by the product research and development department, the workers assemble various pre-assembled products on a large tooling plate, and finally complete the shipment. Through the division of pre-assembly and final assembly, modular assembly can be realized, which improves production efficiency and avoids damage to product appearance caused by excessively long assembly lines.

Factory inspection

Materials

Check whether the wires, terminals, terminal shell ,crystal plugs and other components meet technical drawings or customer requirements, and whether they meet environmental protection requirements.

Cosmetic

Observe whether the wires are exposed, falling off, scratched, dirty, etc., whether the terminals are crimped correctly, and there is no false insertion.

Dimension

Measure whether the length of the connecting wire, the length of the stripped wire or the immersion tin is in accordance with the technical drawing or the special needs of the customer.

Function

Whether the corresponding line sequence at both ends of the test wire is well connected.

Safety

The terminal should not loosen within 10S of applying 19N tension. No breakdown and no flicker within 1Min of applying AC1200V 50HZ voltage.
