TXGA re-inspects the product quality when the raw materials arrive, sorts and stores different raw materials, and records the unqualified raw materials systematically and returns them. Suppliers with multiple unqualified records will be re-evaluated.

Fine raw material storage

TXGA has established a special raw material storage factory warehouse. Different raw materials are stored separately to prevent mixing; incoming materials at different times are sorted and stored in priority order. For special requirements, the old material is greater than the new material reclaiming rules to prevent raw materials from being stored for a long time. .

Professional connector production line

TXGA has established a connector production workshop, an automated production line and a semi-automatic assembly production line. The production department arranges production according to the production process. The quality is random and multiple sampling inspections. If there is a non-conformity, the production process will be promptly controlled and the production process will be strictly controlled. If the unqualified products appear many times, a multi-department joint meeting will be held to re-determine the production process and process, fully inspect the products, and dispose of the unqualified products.

Outbound inspection

TXGA products are sampled and tested according to the requirements without special requirements when they are out of the warehouse. If there is a non-conformity, the product will enter the full inspection process to ensure that the products that are out of the warehouse are all qualified products.
